Service should be restored and standby disk is put in place of problematic disk, though service performance may be slower over the next few days as the data rebuilds. Hardware appears to be OK, so running additional SMART tests and benchmark operations to ensure problematic drive is functioning as expected. Issue was likely due to a loose cable or unexpected power event.

One of the storage disks has gone offline due to disk errors, and the server may be unavailable while the hardware is being inspected.
